Sunraysia Web Studio only asks for information needed to respond to website enquiries.

What I collect

If you use the enquiry form, I may receive your name, business name, email address, website address and the information you include in your message.

How I use it

I use those details to review your enquiry, communicate with you about the requested website work and provide relevant follow-up. I do not sell your enquiry information to advertisers.

Form and email processing

The website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions may be stored by Netlify as a backup. The website also attempts to send the enquiry and a confirmation message through the configured business email service.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably useful for communicating about the enquiry, providing requested work, maintaining business records or meeting legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask what enquiry information I hold about you or ask for it to be corrected or deleted where appropriate by emailing sunraysiawebdesign@icloud.com.

This notice may be updated as the website or the services used to operate it change.
